About this event
This webinar will give an overview of how new innovations in membrane reverse osmosis (RO) technologies offer a low energy, more sustainable solution in lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery production—from mining to battery manufacturing and recycling.
Our webinar will demonstrate how our energy recovery devices (ERDs) in conjunction with new types of nanofiltration RO and UHPRO systems can increase the output of lithium from brines, recover fertilizer from lithium iron phosphate battery wastes, and help recover lithium and other metals during recycling.
For more than 20 years, Eric has applied his engineering and technical expertise to drive greater sustainability within desalination and the industrial wastewater space, including process design and implementation, operational strategies, and novel discoveries that minimize environmental impacts.
Erik Desormeaux has over 18 years’ experience working on advanced membrane projects for drinking water, desalination, and zero-liquid discharge projects including numerous lithium dewatering and DLE studies. He supports Energy Recovery’s business development for lithium in China and globally.
