Based in Sydney Australia, Jade Cooper brings her a wealth of experience and passion for marketing, branding and hospitality that spans more than 15 years.
Working with M&L Hospitality’s international operators including Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Radisson Hotel Group, Jade works to rebrand or launch new M&L hotel properties worldwide, as well as providing ongoing strategic marketing and communications support to on-property hotel teams.
Andrew Metcalfe - Chief Technology Officer - Guestline
Andrew is responsible for ensuring the business maintains its position as one of the hospitality industry’s innovative driving forces and leads product development, infrastructure, technical support and IT functions. Over 4.5 million bookings for the hospitality sector are delivered every year by Guestline’s property management software (PMS).
He joined Guestline from Ve Interactive, an e-commerce technology company where he was chief technology officer overseeing teams of people in the UK, Spain, Romania and France. Prior to that Metcalfe held a variety of engineering roles at OpenTable over six years across search and international engineering.
What to expect
The panel will last for a total of one hour, where the panelists will be answering a set of questions. There will be 15 minutes reserved at the end for audience members to ask any additional questions.
Every registrant will also receive an on-demand video after the event so they can re-watch the panel.
