Carrie has 20+ years of experience in the land condition sector and a broad range of contaminated land management experience. She is a registered SiLC, SQP (NQMS), QP (DoW CoP), CEnv, CSci, CWEM and FCIWEM. Carrie is on the SiLC Professional Technical Panel and the steering group of the north east contaminated land forum.
Charles is a Geotechnical Engineer who has experience in design and analysis, site investigation and testing, and temporary works design. He began his career at CGL where he gained a rounded experience in both Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental consulting, before recently moving to A-squared Studio. He brings a breadth of industry knowledge and a consideration of buildability to deliver practical and pragmatic engineering solutions.
Amy Parekh-Pross has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Analytical Chemistry and Regulations, gained by working for over 20 years in the USA and UK. She started off her career at Dames & Moore in Petaluma, California. She has worked as a Laboratory Manger for commercial environmental laboratories before moving into technical roles. Amy participates in numerous industry committees and has delivered seminars at Brownfield Briefing Conferences, Universities and Contaminated Land working groups. As part of her role Amy provides in depth technical guidance and training to clients throughout the UK.
Chris is an advocate for the sustainable use of soils and aggregate in UK construction. He led the research team which produced CIRIA C809 and actively contributes to working groups to drive change through the MPA, WATA and SocEnv. He is a Chartered Environmentalist and Waste Manager, Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying and full Member of the British Soil Science Society. Chris’ current work is centred on strategic advisory relating to environmental consenting and compliance for a range of UK sectors and includes transactional due diligence, strategic feasibility, consent road mapping and expert technical and regulatory advisory.
