Environment Analyst invites you to their event

From Recruitment to Retention: Strengthening the Early Career Pipeline for UK Environment & Sustainability Consulting

About this event

Environment Analyst's latest UK Early Careers Survey asked early career professionals what it’s like working in the UK environment & sustainability (E&S) consulting sector.

The findings reveal several barriers impacting recruitment and retention, including:

  • Low awareness of E&S consulting careers among students
  • Lack of diversity in educational backgrounds, including higher education qualifications and subjects studied
  • Need for support and alignment with professional development and career aspirations
  • Salary expectations

Our free webinar on 20th July from 1-2pm BST will see members of our UK Early Careers’ Advisory Board discuss these barriers and share recommendations to overcome them.

Join the webinar to get data-driven insights to inform your recruitment and retention strategies, and develop a more diverse, resilient and work-ready early career pipeline.
