Colin is Jacobs’ Head of Energy, UK and Europe, leading a team of talented individuals working across electricity transmission and distribution, gas transmission and distribution, and carbon and energy consultancy. Colin and his team are committed to long-term client relationships to provide growth, transformation and reinforcement to our energy networks, supporting clients to deliver effective energy management across markets and sectors. With a background in civil engineering, Colin has over 15 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects and leading high-performing teams. Colin is passionate about leveraging the regional and global capability Jacobs provides across markets to shape and deliver the energy transition.

Pete Adams, Jacobs Vice President and Global Market Director for Power and Energy

Pete Adams leads Jacobs’ global Power and Energy market with a focus on achieving the business’s objective of servicing the energy transition. He is now based back in the UK following 20 years of growing Jacobs’ business and servicing clients in the global theatre. He has experience in the development of generation projects and their associated transmission and substation infrastructure. In the first part of his career, he worked for both private sector business developing power infrastructure and a regulated networks business, which has seen him gain experience with systems, processes and tools to allow for successful outcomes on capital projects as well as regulatory reviews and investment decisions. Pete is passionate about growing Jacobs’ Power business to support clients in developing a sustainable energy industry into the future.
