Martin Boshoff, AECOM’s International Water Resources Leader, is an experienced floodplain management practitioner with 25 years in civil and water resource engineering. His diverse project portfolio includes integrating sustainable practices into water management, enhancing ecosystem resilience, and promoting environmental stewardship through innovative, nature- based approaches.
Ash is AECOM's Biodiversity and Nature Positive Lead in Singapore who specialises in Nature Based Solution and habitat restoration. Ash has experience working across Europe and Asia. He has over seven years of experience using and developing biodiversity accounting metrics, advising on habitat creation, enhancement, and restoration for biodiversity and ecosystem service provision, and working on global ecological impact assessments.
Kristin Tremain is the Vice President of Resilience and Sustainability at AECOM, leading the Sustainable Legacies program for US West and Nature+ Lead. She specializes in embedding resilience, sustainability, social value, and nature into project delivery. Kristin is co-authoring the United States’ National Nature Assessment. She is dedicated to creating multi-benefit solutions that emphasize the importance of nature in infrastructure and a more resilient planet.
Emily Schwimmer is an urban planner and economist with over ten years’ experience working with public agencies, non-profits, and private sector organizations to fund, finance, and implement programs and multi-benefit projects that aim to protect the environment, address socio-economic inequities, and improve the resiliency of communities and the natural world. Her projects span the U.S. and range from residential decarbonization policies, climate adaptation governance strategies, and funding/financing strategies for climate-related projects and programs, with an emphasis on nature-based solutions.
