Thomas is a lawyer specialised in responsible business conduct (RBC) and former expert member of the Danish National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct under the OECD Guidelines. He has more than 25 years of experience in various aspects of human rights and good governance from most parts of the world. Since, 2011 he has been advising companies, investors, and organisations in virtually all sectors on responsible business conduct. More recently, he has supported companies on the application and integration of EU sustainability legislation, such as CSDDD, CSRD, SFDR, Taxonomy, and EU Batteries Regulation.
