About this event
In sustainable remediation the net benefits on human health are greater than the impacts of the remediation work on the environment, society, and economy. Selection of a sustainable remediation strategy is achieved by using a balanced decision-making process.
'SURE by Ramboll' is a free-to-use, online platform that helps to assess the sustainability of remedial options. The platform allows users to assess and compare the sustainability of multiple options against user-assigned sustainability criteria. The assessment results can then be shared with clients and stakeholders within the platform to request their review and comments. Once the assessment is completed, a custom PDF report of the whole assessment can be created and shared.
In this Sustainability Delivery Group Expert Talk, Peter will provide an introduction to SURE, and outline how the tool can be used and the key functions, using a case study example which won the ESG Innovation Award at Environment Analyst's 2023 Sustainability Consulting Awards.
