EpiCypher invites you to their event

FFPE Transcriptional Profiling, No RNA Required + EpiCypher FFPE Grant

About this event

Your FFPE archive holds years of biology, however, RNA doesn’t last that long. EpiCypher is unlocking transcriptional insights from archival FFPE samples without relying on RNA!

Join us for an exclusive first look at CUTANA™ FFPE Transcriptional Activation Profiling – EpiCypher's modified RNA Pol II CUT&Tag workflow built specifically for on-slide FFPE samples. No RNA integrity required. Just a single standard 5 µm section. Plus, we will introduce a Grant Program you can apply to for a chance to win a free CUTANA™ FFPE project with our Services Team!

Our Speakers:

Eva Brill, RA III | EpiCypher

Morgan Oatley, Product Manager| EpiCypher

What you'll learn

Our experts will show how CUTANA™ FFPE captures transcription-associated open chromatin directly from archival tissue and share benchmarking data demonstrating superior sensitivity and dynamic range compared to ATAC-seq, with signal that is highly predictive of RNA expression levels.

This webinar would be especially relevant to you if you are:

  • Hitting the limits of RNA-seq or ATAC-seq on FFPE material
  • Searching for oncology biomarkers that RNA-seq can't access
  • Working with retrospective cohorts or limited archival tissue
  • Studying disease states, tumor heterogeneity, or primary vs. metastatic tissue

At the end of the webinar, we'll share how to apply for EpiCypher's CUTANA™ FFPE Grant Program. This program is designed to help researchers explore CUTANA™ FFPE in their own work.

A select number of awards will be granted, each covering an end-to-end FFPE transcriptional activation research project:

  • Scientific consultation on project design tailored to your experimental goals
  • Processing of up to 12 slide-mounted FFPE samples with CUTANA™ FFPE targeting RNAPII
  • Sequencing and data analysis including alignment, peak calling, and enrichment profiles
  • Personalized data delivery of raw and analyzed files

Submissions close July 17th at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7).
