Presenter: Tessa M. Firestone, Research Associate
Tessa has been in her current position as a Research Associate at EpiCypher since November 2021, where she has contributed to numerous developmental and collaborative projects optimizing and utilizing epigenomics technologies such as CUTANA™ CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag and enhancing the understanding of chromatin interactions and their impact on therapeutic discovery.
Tessa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. After receiving her education, Tessa worked at the University of Nebraska Medical Center investigating drug resistant mechanisms in the malarial parasite Plasmodium falciparum.
EpiCypher leads in chromatin mapping with its CUTANA® platform for ultra-sensitive ChIC, CUT&RUN, and CUT&Tag assays. We offer the largest collection of defined designer nucleosomes (dNucs), along with high-throughput assays and expert services to support researchers globally.
