Susie has more than 25 years of experience in the design, prepress, printing, and packaging industries. Her roles have covered a wide spectrum of the industry, including design and prepress management, customer training and support, product management and strategy development.
With a rich career in the industry, Chris Janczar has been an integral part of Esko since 2005. As the Product Manager for WebCenter, he blends his experiences in support, training, sales, and pre-sales to meet the evolving needs of the packaging industry. Chris is at the forefront of developing Esko’s capabilities in areas such as artwork automation and AI-assisted approvals, ensuring WebCenter remains a leader in innovation.
Richard Deroo has been with Esko for 16 years. He is the Technical Product Manager for Structural Design and 3D responsible for ArtiosCAD, Cape Pack and Studio. He has been in the Graphic Arts, printing and packaging industry for over 35 years.
Jan De Roeck is highly respected and trusted for his insight in the graphic arts industry and his level of understanding of customer workflows and market requirements. He is a frequently asked speaker at industry events and represents Esko at different professional trade associations.
