Experience UK welcomes British companies to discover the wealth of opportunities in Russia’s arts, culture and wider entertainment sector, as we commence with our inaugural country-specific webinar as part of the Focus on Eastern Europe series.
Hosted by Emily Smith, who authored the Eastern Europe report, the session will provide a market overview for UK museum and attraction suppliers keen to expand their footprint to Russia. Joining Emily will be Trevor Lewis, Counsellor, Director of Trade & Investment Russia, British Embassy Moscow and Ludmila Stepnova from the Department for International Trade (DIT). Ludmila’s pivotal role is to support UK creative industries in professional, financial and legal services to open up new opportunities and maximise their potential in the Russian market. A spokesperson from UK Export Finance (UKEF) will also join the webinar, to share how UK companies can access export finance to support project wins and trading within Russia.
The first Focus on Russia webinar will take place November 11, 2021 at 14:00hrs. Following the session, Emily will host two additional webinars, which delve into Russia’s arts & culture and wider entertainment sector. Dates will be revealed in due course.
