Embracing Life with a Feeding Tube: From Fear to Health

About this webinar

Just contemplating the idea of a feeding tube can be extremely challenging for many caregivers. But with a little bit of knowledge and practice, you will find that feeding tubes are easy to use and can improve your child’s health and nutrition dramatically.

This workshop is intended to provide an overview of everything you need to know about feeding tubes and tube feeding, from the emotional to the practical. Topics covered include making the feeding tube decision, emotional aspects of tube feeding, feeding tube types, diet and nutrition, feeding tube equipment, practical tips, problem solving, and feeding tubes at school.
