Marie de Fréminville is an expert in governance, finance, cyber security and data protection and Founding partner of Starboard Advisory. She is a non-executive director of Fondation La Source (Chair of the Finance committee) and served on the Board of various companies in various business sectors: Construction and Real Estate, IT, Aeronautic investment Fund, Airbus Group subsidiaries. She is also a member of the committee of CSDA (Swiss Association of Women Directors) and past President of CSDA. She worked for Airbus Group as A Financial Director and Corporate Head of Subsidiary Governance Department, and previously for Lagardère Group and for a family-owned Company (Construction and Real Estate) as Financial Manager. She is the author of “Cybersecurity and Decision Makers”, rewarded by the Cyber Book Prize of the InCyber Forum 2020.
Claude-Alain Schweri is leading the IT Security team at Groupe Mutuel. With a tenure extending over 13 years in the company, his ascendancy to the role of Head of IT Security underscores his profound expertise and steadfast commitment to fortifying the organization’s IT infrastructure against an ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats. In his latest capacity as Head of IT Security, Claude-Alain orchestrates a comprehensive oversight of the organization’s management systems, emphasizing robust information system security, data protection, and business continuity protocols. His tenure saw him transition through pivotal roles including that of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO), where he was entrusted with the challenging task of safeguarding information systems and ensuring stringent data protection compliance and practices.
Johannes is a senior consultant and strategist with over 20 years working in IT and Security. He has designed cyber defence solutions and led several initiatives with impact, such as developing next generation automated security NFVs, drawing up high secure communication and collaboration architectures for government and defence agencies, building out managed SecOps services, delivering IR preparedness assessments and crisis management support to high-risk clients. Since 2022, as the Director for Cybersecurity Advisory Services he drives the business expansion of Kudelski Security's EMEA consulting services out of Zurich, Switzerland, and he is the SME for security culture and human risk intelligence. Earlier in his career he was the CPO for an international manufacturer of encryption devices and the Head of Cyber Defence Service Strategy for a leading Swiss MSSP. At the Swiss national carrier, he served many years as Security Program Manager and Managed Security Product Owner.
Sonja Stirnimann is an economist and auditor. She has an eMBA in Financial Services & Insurance from the University of St. Gallen and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Board Director Diploma. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). As an expert in the areas of governance, risk and audit, Sonja Stirnimann advises companies on corporate integrity and crisis management in relation to non-compliance and business and cybercrime. She has more than 30 years’ experience and has worked for global companies including LafargeHolcim, UBS, Deloitte, and EY. She is also an independent Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee of several private and listed companies. Sonja Stirnimann teaches at global institutions, universities and professional associations as well as advises international companies.
Marcel Zumbühl graduated as Master of Science at University of Berne in Computer Science and Business Administration. Before joining Accenture and Swisscom, where he built up the company’s security organization to effectively manage the whole security and safety portfolio encompassing cyber defence, business continuity and crisis management. In 2015 he changed industry to build and deliver the customer facing security of Credit Suisse’s global digital private banking. Marcel then became responsible for security steering of the digital global Compliance and Regulation Affairs. In summer 2018 he was appointed CISO of the Swiss Post Group and joined the Group IT Board. Marcel Zumbühl lectures in risk management and risk communication at ETH Zurich since 2009 and is frequently leading workshops at conferences both internationally and in Switzerland on Security, Privacy and Trust.
Anne Bobillier graduated from the University of Geneva with a degree in computer science and information technology and later completed various management training courses during her professional career. Since 1988, she has held management positions in the IT industry at various well-known companies, including IBM and Bechtle, one of the largest European IT companies where she was Managing Director and later was active on specific M&A activities, until the end of 2020. Since then she focused on her boards mandates and on governance consulting. In 2014, Anne Bobillier became the first woman to be elected to the Board of Directors of skyguide, where she now serves as Vice-Chairwoman and chairs the Project Committee.
Romain Queïnnec is a specialist in Cybersecurity and the Swiss market. Graduated in both engineering and business, he has dedicated his career to develop international Cybersecurity companies. After leading the Middle East zone as deputy director, Romain was sent to Israel by Airbus Defense & Space to open the Cybersecurity office. During this period, Romain sat also as board observer within the think tank cyber Team8. In 2021, Romain has been recruited by Michel Van Den Berghe (former CEO of Orange Cyberdefense and current president of the Cyber Campus) to open the Orange Cyberdefense office in Switzerland. Following the acquisition of the companies SCRT and Telsys in Switzerland, Romain has been granted Director within Orange Cyberdefense Switzerland where he now sits on the management committee and the board of directors. He is also member of the management committee of Orange Business Alpine & Eastern Europe.
He has 25 years’ experience in Information Security: in consulting business he was engaged with Identity & Access Management, PKI, Security Operations and Web-Security. In 2003 he joined SBB leading Network Security meanwhile he founded the company-wide Center of Competence for Security. Later roles include strategic work for Telecom and Signaling departments. 2010 he joined the Information Security Team to lead the ICT-Risk Management and to enforce the integration of Operational Technology into the existing Cybersecurity landscape e.g. in Gotthard Base-Tunnel. From 2014 on-going he is the Deputy CISO. From January 2019 he is a leading part of the release train to strengthen SBBs capability to react on cyber incidents, to build a cyber-aware culture and gain a formal ISO 27001 certification.
Olivier Martinet, after studying Latin & Computer Science, spent a long time at HP Europe being a specialist in Unix performance, kernel & clusters. He then branched out being a Chief Visionary at the HP Innovation Centers Worldwide, created in 1999, advocating the use of technology to C-Level customers. He joined TX Group in 2014, to be an Enterprise Architect in the Infrastructure team with a little 20 percent security. After a major attack and with the support of the top management and a very creative CISO, he was able to help completely flip security at TX Group and turn it into a world-class security with some very unconventional approaches. He currently acts since April 2022 as the Group CISO at TX Group (formerly known as Tamedia AG) Switzerland’s largest private media company.
Maya Bundt is a senior leader and experienced board member with a passion for cyber, innovation, and people. In almost 20 years with the global reinsurer Swiss Re she had a variety of roles in IT, Strategy and Reinsurance. Since 2014 she was responsible to develop the cyber insurance strategy and successfully built the Cyber and Digital Solutions function and team; she also chaired the Swiss Re Cyber Council. She left Swiss Re in summer 2022 to serve as an independent director on the boards of Baloise, Valiant, and APG SGA. Maya supports a number of national and international initiatives around the digital economy and cyber risks and has published several articles on the topic. She engages with the community as the chair of the Cyber Resilience Chapter of the Swiss Risk Association, a member of the Cyber Security Commission of digitalswitzerland, a contributor to the Geneva Dialogue, and as a member on the executive board of the Cyber Peace Institute.
