Forum InCyber (FIC) invites you to their event

WEBINAR - Trust & Safety Forum x Renaissance Numérique - France gets ready on the DSA!

About this event

In France and Europe the new regulation of platforms resulting from the Digital Services Act raises high expectations, in particular when it comes to the role of the regulator ARCOM. On the one hand, the responsible stakeholders are initiating their compliance with the DSA and, on the other hand, the process of designation of the very large online platforms by the Commission and the Member States should be completed soon. The new mechanisms provided for in this Act (moderation system, trusted flaggers, threshold of active recipients, cooperation between Member States) raise legitimate questions, the answers to which will come from the clarifications provided by the delegated acts expected from the European Commission or the guidelines of the Digital Services Coordinator (DSC).

In order to provide guidance and clarity to interested stakeholders (platforms, aspiring trusted flaggers, etc.), we propose the crossed views of Benoit Loutrel, Board member at ARCOM, and of professionals and practitioners involved for a long time in the issues of content regulation and moderation: Louis-Victor de Franssu (Tremau) and Jean-Sébastien Mariez (partner at the law firm Momentum Avocats), and the representative of an online platform.

The debates will be moderated by Jean-Christophe Le Toquin, co-founder of the Trust & Safety Forum.

This event will be conducted entirely in English.
