About this event
Like last year, InCyber Forum and the ONE Conference will host another duplex webinar to bring together the cyber community in both countries, and beyond. This duplex webinar will be hosted simultaneously from Campus Cyber (Paris) and The French Embassy in the Netherlands (The Hague). You can participate both physically and on-line.
This year we will reflect on the topic of post quantum computing: "Your Cryptography Will Be Broken. Prepare now! A NL-FR exchange of views"
Overview: The landscape of quantum computing and technology has experienced significant advancements in recent years. While quantum computers capable of breaking cryptography do not currently exist, experts project the feasibility of constructing advanced quantum computers between 2030 and 2040 that possess this capability.
Highlights: Join us for an engaging discussion on the emerging threats associated with advanced quantum computers and technology in the coming years. We will emphasize the mission-critical importance of initiating preparations for migration to quantum-resistant cryptographic standards starting today.
Speakers: Our speakers will bring valuable insights from their experiences, having worked on a preparation migration program for the Dutch government over the past year. They have also collaborated within Campus Cyber/Studio of Commons, contributing to an awareness-raising booklet on the topic of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
H.E. Mr. François Alabrune, Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of the Netherlands will deliver the Opening Remarks.
Don't miss the chance to be part of an immersive FR-NL Duplex, conducted in English.
