The Financial Services Commission of Belize and the Belize Companies and Corporate Affairs Registry (BCCAR) will be hosting a free webinar MASTERING NPOS AND NGOS: An Essential Guide to understanding Registration, Legal, and Compliance Requirements in Belize on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 10:00 am Belize time (CST/ GMT-6).

Background:

The BCCAR is Belize’s business entity registry providing incorporation, registration, and post-registration services for Companies (including foreign companies), Business Names, Limited Liability Partnerships, International Trusts, International Foundations, and Non-Governmental Organizations & Non-Profit Organisations.

In July 2022, the Belize International Companies Affairs Registry (BICAR) and the Belize Companies and Corporate Affairs Registry (BCCAR) were merged and placed under the Financial Services Commission (FSC).
