Doubling Down on Digital Transformation: The New Normal Imperative

About this event

DOUBLING DOWN ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: THE NEW NORMAL IMPERATIVE

As enterprises rebound from the early stages of the coronavirus pandemic and deal with the challenges of managing a hybrid work environment consisting of in-office and remote employees, one thing has become surprisingly clear: many of the old rules and concepts of digital transformation no longer apply, or at least aren't as effective in this new normal. IT is being called upon to develop new communications, collaboration and productivity solutions that can sustain and grow the business as uncertainties continue.

Innovation initiatives and emerging technologies that previously took a back seat to more functional operations are now seen as critical to sustain the business and offer some level of resiliency against future incidents. At the same time, current technologies enablers such as IoT, AI and machine learning are being fast-tracked to enhance front-line operations and are being positioned to play a more active role in customer relations, supply chain intelligence and resource allocation.

Join us as IT leaders at the forefront of the emerging intelligent enterprise detail what their organizations are doing in terms of operational resilience and outline strategies that allow them to respond more quickly and effectively to whatever lies around the corner.
