Viewers of all ages enjoy animation because it allows for a world of unlimited creativity, letting our imaginations run free. With increased usage of streaming sites and on-demand content, the desire for episodic animation has recently grown at an extraordinary rate.
With this increased demand for episodic animation comes a need for creators to use an advanced toolset to produce high-quality content, under tighter deadlines. The Nuke family is part of that toolset for our panelists: Sumira Dhawan, Head of CG at Industrial Brothers, Ryan North, Principal Compositing Artist at Mainframe Studios and Izzy Genova, Compositing Supervisor at Jellyfish Pictures who will be discussing their experience producing episodic animation content, and why Nuke is a no-brainer.

A strong & dynamic leader, Sumira brings over 12 years of experience working in Film & Television to her current role with IB as Head of CG. She has worked closely with technology, management, and R&D teams to develop tools & techniques, strategically designed to meet the specific production goals.
Ryan North is the Principal Compositing Artist at Mainframe studios. In addition to development work, he helps shape how artists interact with Nuke at Mainframe while supporting the numerous productions with education on best practices and a few gizmos on occasion.
