Front Line Genomics invites you to their event

Multi-Omics ONLINE. Webinar 3: Data analysis, integration and stewardship

About this event

With improving sequencing technologies, it is becoming easier to obtain more molecular information than ever, arming researchers with the most in-depth molecular information in the search for causative perturbations. As such, we are seeing an increase in multi-omics analysis, the study of more than one molecular layer in tandem.

However, studying these diverse data sets presents a significant challenge, requiring careful study design and thoughtful analysis for successful data integration, analysis, and interpretation.

Join us for this 3-part series which highlights the current efforts of global researchers who are using this type of analysis to develop our understanding of complex diseases and gain insights into therapeutic opportunities.

Webinar 3: Data analysis, integration and stewardship

15th July 2021, 3pm BST/ 4pm CEST/ 10am EDT

We are in the era following an explosion of omics data but making integrated use of this data and translating them into useful findings remains the biggest bottleneck to multi-omics analysis.

This webinar will focus on data analysis and integration methods, and projects that are underway to support researchers.

Using networks to capture complex multi-omics associations – John Quackenbush, Professor, Computational Biology, Harvard School of Public Health

Leveraging multi-omics integration to improve the diagnostic power of mitochondrial diseases – Silvia Bottini, Director, Medical Data Laboratory, University of Côte d'Azur

Analyzing spatial and high-resolution single cell multiomic data - Laura DeMare, Product Manager, 10x Genomics
