He also lectures and researches with Deakin University and Epworth Healthcare in the field of Health Informatics. He has a unique blend of insights from his experience in medical research, IT, business consulting and digital marketing. Most recently Paul was Acting Director Digital Health for Department of Health & Human Services (Vic). Paul obtained a Ph.D at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (Melb. Uni), and subsequently a Grad. Dip. Business (Organisational Development) at RMIT University. He has many years of leadership experience including as MD of a UK consulting firm.
