    As an independent consultant, Paul specialises in strategic advisory services aimed at helping organisations make the most effective use of information and digital capabilities. He also lectures and researches with Deakin University and Epworth Healthcare in the field of Health Informatics. He has a unique blend of insights from his experience in medical research, IT, business consulting and digital marketing. Most recently Paul was Acting Director Digital Health for Department of Health & Human Services (Vic). Paul obtained a Ph.D at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (Melb. Uni), and subsequently a Grad. Dip. Business (Organisational Development) at RMIT University. He has many years of leadership experience including as MD of a UK consulting firm.     Chad has worked with heads of state, senior business leaders, and government authorities to strengthen institutions and companies’ performance. His experience includes digital transformation and data science roles at the UK Cabinet Office and heads of state advisory work with Tony Blair & Associates. Chad led project implementation at McKinsey & Co and Adam Smith International, including launching the world’s largest education transformation initiative, a $500m World Bank-funded program harnessing technology to optimize educational outcomes for millions of children in Pakistan. Chad has a BA in International Relations from the University of Oxford and Wheaton College (MA), a MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from London Business School.
