    Abhi is a senior leader in data and analytics with a focus on data transformation, governance, and architecture. Born and raised in Mumbai, he spent most of his professional career in the UK and then finally moved to Sydney in 2017 to take up a role with Macquarie Group. With over 20 years of professional experience exclusively in data and analytics, Abhi’s career includes senior tech roles in Retail Banking, Asset Management, Asset Finance, and Insurance. He has undertaken data driven culture changes and created value for organisations by solving business problems through data, analytics, and machine learning. Abhi holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mumbai, and a Masters of Technology from IIT, Madras.

    Meggy is the General Manager for Data Platforms at Westpac Group, responsible for the strategy, execution and operational leadership of data management, with a focus on uplifting data quality. This includes developing and delivering the future data landscape and driving improvements in data simplification. Meggy is passionate about inclusion and diversity, and has played an active role in driving this agenda throughout her career, including through a leadership role in women in technology. Prior to joining Westpac, Meggy worked at Citibank Singapore as Head of Data Services APAC and EMEA – Global Consumer Technology; and Head of Infrastructure Service Delivery. At Citibank she established WiT@SG, (Women in Technology at Singapore), the women’s chapter for the Singapore Computer Society, comprising a network of female professionals in the industry with the aim of advancing the participation and leadership of women in technology.
