As an independent consultant, Paul specialises in strategic advisory services aimed at helping organisations make the most effective use of information and digital capabilities. He also lectures and researches with Deakin University and Epworth Healthcare in the field of Health Informatics. He has a unique blend of insights from his experience in medical research, IT, business consulting and digital marketing. Most recently Paul was Acting Director Digital Health for Department of Health & Human Services (Vic). Paul obtained a Ph.D at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (Melb.
