Senior Scientist at GlycoSpot
Raimon is currently working to perfect the brewing and malting industry with a mission to make malt QC easier and more cost-efficient.
Raimon holds a PhD from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), and a 5-year degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC).
Before his time at GlycoSpot, Raimon worked for two years as a Postdoc at the Carlsberg Research Laboratory. Raimon lives in Copenhagen, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge and trying new beer styles.
My mission is to commercialise easy enzyme monitoring tools for the malting and brewing industry. I want to bring awareness towards an optimised production that increases profits and output.
