Steven Snell, PhD, is head of research at Rep Data, where he advises clients on how to build survey programs in brand, product, employee, customer and marketing research. He previously led research consultancies at Goldman Sachs, Qualtrics and Duke University, advising hundreds of academic, nonprofit and government clients. He holds a PhD in politics from Princeton University and attained further training as a postdoctoral fellow at the Initiative on Survey Methodology at Duke University. Steve is a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (Pacific chapter) as well as the Market Research Council, where he serves on the executive committee.
