Join us for this interactive workshop to learn about grief, the effects it has on one’s physical and emotional health, as well as helpful tips for navigating grief during Valentine’s Day. As part of this workshop you will make a written plan for managing grief during this challenging time of the year. This presentation is for those who are mourning the death of a loved one, those supporting someone who is grieving, or for those who want more information about grief.
