With graduate opportunities nationwide, joining a BAE Systems programme means you’ll learning through valuable hands-on experience and formal training – developing a career, from day one.

Join our female graduates as they talk about why they chose a career in STEM, the importance of bringing more female talent into the industry as well as share their experience since joining the graduate programme at BAE Systems. They’ll also provide their advice to students and answer questions from our live audience about our 2022 opportunities.

You will also have your chance to ask our graduates questions in a live Q&A session at the end.
