About this event
Our theme is ‘Let’s talk about tech’ and we will be discussing the ongoing challenges of recruiting into tech roles. We’ve long known that attracting the right candidates with the right mix of skills into tech roles is one of early talent recruiters’ biggest headaches. So we’ll be drawing insights from experienced practitioners and the newest data to help inform future strategy.
Sarah Hathaway of the ISE will join forces with Lindsey Rowe of SAP to unpack the issue from an employer’s point of view. Blackbridge’s Director of Consulting Andrew Baird will reveal hot-off-the-press research into 2021 tech candidate mindsets.
Finally, the Minister of State for Digital and Culture, Caroline Dinenage, will share the view from the top, including thoughts on the supply of tech talent and the gap between education and business requirements.
