During this webinar, we will cover the 5 pillars of healthy nutrition that we introduce with all our clients to give them back their health, vitality and wellbeing.

👨 Speaker :

Lore Van Roy (Level 2 coach at DH) is a graduate of the University of Leuven where she fulfilled her passion for sports and nutrition by studying Physical Education & Kinesiology. She continued to expand her knowledge by also following courses with the Physical Coaching Academy, Precision Nutrition, Carlos Castro, Stength Sensei and Wolfgang Unsöld. Lore’s mission is to help as many people as possible become happy, healthy and fit and she continues to invest annually in her education to realise this goal.
