About this event
Last week, the DWP announced that there would be no minimum number of roles for Kickstart applications, and that no more Kickstart Gateways can be created, meaning that there are just over 600 established Gateways for businesses to choose from.
Chancellor Rishi Sunak said “Since opening for applications last Autumn, we’ve worked with some of the most exciting companies to create more than 120,000 Kickstart jobs – which is a huge vote of confidence in our young people at a challenging time”.
The announcement of the lifting of minimum numbers for job roles still means that Gateway Employers can add value to businesses looking to apply for Kickstart.
Join Harri and Springboard to give you insight into why Kickstart is crucial to rebuild Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism. We'll be joined by businesses who already have jobs approved by the DWP and The Youth Group who have over 700 successful Kickstarters in other industries.
