ESA ɸ-lab Grand Marathon 3.0 - Ask Me Anything Session

Hello,

Welcome to the first Ask Me Anything session of the 3rd ESA Φ-lab Grand Marathon!

This year, the Marathon's theme is "Mapping Cropland Abandonment Across the Conflict-Affected Sahel", with a focus on rainfed croplands: fields that depend entirely on the rainy season, where abandonment caused by conflict is easily confused with a poor season.

The session is hosted by Hello Tomorrow in collaboration with Chiara Cocchiara, Senior Innovation Officer at ESA Φ-lab.

We will walk you through:

• The theme & technologies central to the Grand Marathon
• The application process
• What you'll benefit from
• The Marathon's timeline

The session will end with a live Q&A to clear up any doubts you might still have.

See you there on November 25th!
