Titta Rosvall-Puplett, Chief Sustainability Officer at Syensqo, joined in 2024 with over 20 years of experience, including in the pharmaceutical sector, where she led social equity, decarbonization, and environmental initiatives. She has developed public-private partnerships for life sciences and public health, and previously led strategy and operations for global NGOs. Titta has chaired industry boards, founded All.Can, and co-authored publications on healthcare sustainability.
At Syensqo, Titta leads the company’s sustainability efforts through the One Planet initiative, focusing on carbon neutrality, environmental stewardship, sustainable and circular solutions, and social responsibility. Titta also serves on the CSR Europe Board and mentors future sustainability leaders.
Titta holds a master’s degree in international business from IMC Krems Austria and certifications in sustainability, circularity, political science, and leadership from Cambridge, INSEAD, and Columbia. A lifelong learner from Finland, she is also a passionate yoga instructor.
Erica Nemser brings commercial focus, change management and go-to-market strategy and execution capabilities to her role as CEO of Ardent Process Technologies (Ardent). She led the transformation of Ardent from a research-focused to a commercially-driven organisation.
Prior to leading Ardent, Erica spent 14 years at McKinsey and Company, where she developed expertise in product and acquisition strategy, product launch, portfolio management, new company growth, and risk management strategy for innovative, science-based products with long development cycles.
Erica led several internal strategic initiatives for McKinsey, including women's talent and best practices consulting, reporting to McKinsey's Board of Directors. She received her BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and her MA and PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout this period, he has worked in various functions at all levels, quickly transitioning from operational to managerial roles. Currently, Olivier serves as the Executive Director of Entrepreneurship and Acceleration at Genopole, a position he has held since 2019, where he oversees strategic initiatives for early stage startup growth in the biotech sector.
Before joining Genopole, Olivier was an International Innovation Expert for the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he built operational relationships between French innovation stakeholders and Northern California’s ecosystem’
Rainbow is an experienced professional in the field of Chemistry, Nanomaterials and Biotechnology with over 9 years of hands-on project and research experience in Europe, the US and China. With specialised expertise in industrial biotechnology, new materials and climate change mitigation, her focus is on sustainable solutions to enable a circular economy and bioeconomy, such as renewable carbon.
At Hello Tomorrow, Rainbow analyses deep tech trends using various indicators, and provides strategic technological insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. She is also building an international network of Deep Tech leaders to support the implementation of high-impact initiatives.
