    Bo is a Vice President leading a team focused on retail projects. His responsibilities include developing staff, helping to drive our mentorship program, supporting the day-to-day of teams and projects and helping to shape and drive the vision of the company. He also continues to play a role in HFA's long-lasting partnership with Walmart, helping the team by with investigations of existing structures, design development, coordination, supervision of construction documents, coordination with clients, consultants, and staff to produce projects on time and within budget.

    Kelly King Team Lead/ Designer @ HFA

    Kelly has more than ten years of experience in design and management for numerous projects involving commercial, retail, and restaurant and food service clients. Project types include new development, remodels, conversions, tenant fit-outs, rollout, custom, and prototype designs. She has managed multiple value engineering analyses alongside MEP for regional and national client prototype designs while also helping reimage those prototypes and develop new design solutions. Kelly has managed a significant renovation/reinvention project for one of the world's largest retail companies. She manages a team serving multiple regional and national restaurant and food service clients. Her passion is building lasting relationships with clients while providing excellent service.

    Steven Baker Team Lead/ Architect @ HFA

    Steven’s primary responsibility at HFA is working on existing restaurant prototype development, and management for a national Quick Service Restaurant group. Working with the client design team and construction partners to remodel, maintain, and redevelop their existing buildings offers new challenges every day. Steven’s team is responsible for updating and maintaining design standards, remodel prototypes, and site-adapt guidelines. He also works with the client on product and equipment selection and specification for upgrades to existing facilities.

    Brent Tweedy Vice President @ HFA

    Brent Tweedy joined HFA in 2006 and oversees the engineering services for multiple C-store and restaurant clients. His primary duties are client management and development, working within the integrated A+E team, and maintaining quality control for project and prototype documents. Brent brings over 20 years of experience, including mechanical and plumbing design, code compliance, and construction administration over several project types, including convenience stores, commercial retail, and quick-service restaurants. He has worked on several building types, including new construction, renovations, tenant-infill, building expansions, and multi-tenant.
