Cloud Testing // How "Service Tiles" show your cloud performance

Following on from our recent Performance Testing webinar, we will now show you how you can use Highlight’s Service Tiles to best understand your user’s experience of accessing cloud services.

Our Service Tiles, combined with performance tests from your routers and agents, can be used to visually show how your Cloud services are performing and crucially if they are not performing. By setting acceptable performance thresholds you can see where the issue is and which locations in your company are affected by the performance drop.

How to achieve this;

• Group watches and Cloud performance tests from any location or agent into a single tile.
• Give the Tile meaningful attributes.
• Set your custom-defined thresholds so that the Tiles give you a quick indication as to how your Services are working.
• Alter the performance test threshold to an agreed baseline response measurement.
• Create the right email alerts that when triggered inform the right department that something has changed and your user might be impacted.
