Luigi Bergamo is the founder, CEO and lead product developer of Q36.5. From humble beginnings as an amateur racer and importer of exotic cycling equipment in Bolzano, Luigi has grown to become one of the world’s most influential product developers in the field of performance cycling clothing. His visionary approach has been behind many game-changing innovations that have in time become industry standards including the world’s first woven bib shorts and the growing attention to correct thermoregulation in the peloton.

Lodovico Pignatti Morano is the creative director and brand strategist of Q36.5. He assisted Luigi Bergamo in the development of the initial brand identity in 2013 and returned to the company in the summer of 2024. His professional experience ranges from other bicycle companies (creative director of Cinelli) to fashion and sportswear brands such as C.P. Company and Nike. In addition to his professional activity he has published one novel and four other books, two on cycling.

João Correia is a former professional cyclist turned entrepreneur, with a CV that includes stints with major New York publishing companies and San Francisco tech giants.

Having founded inGamba Tours with a single tweet back in 2010, João was among the first to recognize the potential in luxury cycling travel and realise its huge potential. Starting with a single trip following his retirement from racing, he has grown the business into a global operation that runs trips on three continents.

João is driven by an innovative spirit and is constantly seeking ways to redefine luxury travel. He’s passionate about creating meaningful experiences that not only enhance his guests’ lives, but also have a positive impact on the communities they visit.

We will be discussing their innovation, technology, research, collections and what we are doing together in 2025. There will be time for questions and we will also talk through the key items from both ranges, Dottore and Gregarius.
