Richard has more than 20 years’ experience of driving high sales growth at leading enterprise technology companies, including Oracle, NEC, BEA Systems and Axway. Richard’s focus is on accelerating the transformation of Iptor to a full SaaS driven company, bringing value to customers through new innovation around the Iptor.com platform. With extensive experience in core technologies such as API Management, Integration, Big Data and Cloud servicing he is also leading greater operational efficiency and excellence through standardizing Iptor’s approach to customer interactions and improving customer experience, including setting up Customer Success to support Iptor.com customers.
