ISMIE Risk Management invites you to their event

Litigation Stress in the Era of COVID-19

About this event

What should physicians know about litigation risk in the setting of a pandemic? How do new provider protections, such as the adoption of a gross negligence/willful misconduct standard, affect the medical professional liability climate?

In this webinar, Dr. Pensa will discuss ways in which the COVID-19 pandemic is raising questions about liability and litigation risk. She’ll also examine how physicians can protect themselves so that they can focus on what’s most important during the crisis – caring for their patients, themselves and their families.

Who can attend

Registration is limited to ISMIE and SEMPIC policyholders, ISMS members, and their employed staff.
