About the presenters:

Ron Bova, Chief Business Development Officer is one of six Taskforce owners and has been with TaskForce since January 2018. As Chief Business Development Officer, Ron is responsible for increasing their healthcare and insurance markets, as well as assisting in the growth efforts in other verticals. Ron has a strong background as an experienced entrepreneur who has served in multiple leadership roles for several business ventures that include discount prescription drug cards, security, and employee staffing agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Ball State University. Ron and his wife have been married for 40 years while living in Naperville, IL.

Dana Dove, Healthcare Services Consultant has more than 20 years of experience working in the medical claims and billing field, Dana has been with TaskForce since March 2019. Dana has experience in all aspects of the revenue cycle, including both payer and providers, as well as a strong background in revenue analysis, denial management, coding, auditing, and training. Dana holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and two Master’s Degrees specializing in Human Resource Management and Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
