About this webinar
The webinar will present the first of 4 reports of the ISWA-funded project investigating the benefits of compost and anaerobic digestate on soil. It will give a global perspective on the production and recycling of municipal organic waste. Discussions will also focus on policy and the important link between waste management and soil/agriculture.
The webinar will also aim to extend the boundaries of typical waste management discussions, by including agriculture and land management. It comes at a critical time when the European Commission is implementing the circular economy strategy and revising agricultural policies and subsidies.
