    Bianca is Managing Partner at 17Sigma, an early stage and industry agnostic LatAm VC investing in Pre-Seed, Seed, and, occasionally Series A, looking to boost the next-gen of leaders and tech companies. Bianca holds an Economics degree. She started her career doing M&A at LXG Capital based out of Lima, Peru, and then transitioned to VC, spearheading investments in Spanish speaking LatAm at Kaszek for 3+ years. In the last month, Bianca was a guest on Bloomberg to speak about the current landscape by anchor Shery Ahn and was named one of the Sub-35 Argentine women promises by one of the most important local newspapers (El Cronista).

    Antonia is a partner at ALLVP, leading VC fund in Hispanic Latam. Before ALLVP, she was a partner at Chilean VC firm Manutara Ventures and participated in different entrepreneurship projects, including the first crowdfunding platform for social projects in Chile. She is a Kauffman Fellow Class 25, holds an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult IBS in San Francisco, and an Undergraduate Degree in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Chile. Additionally, she participates in the board of Chilean Association of Venture Capital and is an advisor to Chile California Council. She has been recognized since 2018 by LAVCA as one of the top women investing in technology companies in Latam and named as one of the 30 promises in business by Expansion in Mexico.
