JEC invites you to their event

Rotational Moulding Technology for a Cost-Effective Hydrogen Liner Solution

About this event

Rotational Moulding Technology for a Cost-Effective Hydrogen Liner Solution

The rotational moulding technology is an innovative and cost-effective solution to the monolithic production of liners for hydrogen tanks, as it lets the bosses be co-molded in a one-step process.

Persico Group guarantees the manufacturing of high-quality liners with big dimensions by using its certified ‘SMART®’ H2 machine. ‘SMART®’ provides a compact, clean and safe production cell offering the efficient use of energy and materials. ‘SMART®’ guarantees high production rates, savings on product costs and rapid return on investment. Persico have recently developed and delivered several projects to produce liners for high pressure hydrogen tanks and CNG Cylinders. These projects have included design and development of the liner, prototyping and delivery of machine and tooling in ‘turnkey’ production cells. These cells provide ‘state-of-the-art’ rotomoulding production with high quality repeatability and full traceability.

In this webinar, you will learn more on:

  • The capabilities of hydrogen in end-users’ industries
  • The capabilities of rotomoulding technology in market applications
  • The solution brought by Persico for the production of hydrogen tanks

Persico are leaders in manufacturing techniques and equipment in many sectors, including Rotational Moulding. Through their ‘SMART®’ technology, launched in 2013, they have developed Machines, DTH Tooling (direct tool heating) for moulding, semi-automated or fully automated. Persico have provided ‘SMART®’ machines and tooling for hundreds of different products, including liners and removable formers for composite products.
