Anthony S. Anthony S. DeLucia specializes in responding to Request for Evidence notifications and appealing decisions from USCIS in a variety of case types, where he assists clients in navigating the Request for Evidence and appeal processes. As an RFE and appeals specialist, Anthony works to ensure all facets of a client’s petition are appropriately considered by USCIS post-filing and zealously argues in support of case approvals.

Guest Biography: Flavia Santos Lloyd, Managing Attorney

Flavia Santos Lloyd has been in the immigration field for over 20 years - first as a paralegal and then as an attorney. She is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Santos Lloyd Law Firm, PC, a firm she started in 2016. Today she leads a team of 12 attorneys and over 40 support staff. Her practice focuses on a broad spectrum of immigration matters such as family-based, employment-based, extraordinary ability cases, naturalization, adjustment of status, consular processing, asylum, removal, and complex family matters such as waivers. Her primary focus and expertise are extraordinary ability cases (O, P, and EB-1A) and EB-2 NIW. As she is also passionate about teaching, she teaches subjects tested in the California Bar Exam and Immigration Law at different law schools.
