About this event
Join us as we discuss different ways to successfully scale your business – regardless of your starting point.
Dave Huntoon, Brian Strickland, Kayla Kurtz, and Bill McKeogh come together to form an experienced panel that will explore the insights that help inform business growth strategies at different levels of maturity. Taking examples from real world scenarios, they’ll explore the key challenges and opportunities at each stage, and how data and analytics provide the key to unlock growth, with reduced risk.
We’ll discuss:
· What a local player would need to consider to grow regionally
· How considerations change, and risk increases, as your business scales
· The data and analytics required for a regional player to expand nationally
· When a national player should invest overseas — and when they should look internally and optimize their existing portfolio
