Passionate about industry innovation, he focuses on helping clients adapt to evolving trends, including the shift toward non-fuel retail and new mobility solutions.

    Tom Hatton SVP Pricing @ Kalibrate

    Tom Hatton is SVP of Pricing at Kalibrate and leads the global Kalibrate Fuel Pricing platform. With hands-on experience managing fuel pricing across five countries and four brands, Tom combines deep industry knowledge with a strong technology background. Before joining Kalibrate in 2020, Tom led a highly automated pricing operation covering more than 1,000 sites. At Kalibrate, Tom oversees product strategy and delivery across engineering, product management, customer success, and support. His career experience gives him a practical, customer-centric view of how pricing teams can use automation and analytics to drive performance at scale.

With more than 20 years of experience in the retail fuel industry, she brings deep expertise in retail operations, accounting, and consulting. Since joining Kalibrate in 2020, Alexia has helped clients maximize value from Kalibrate Pricing by advising on best practices, supporting advanced pricing strategies, and acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. She is particularly experienced in helping organizations transition from manual pricing to automated, optimization-led approaches and in supporting complex integrations following acquisitions.
