Build It with Klaviyo - Sunset Your Unengaged Audience

BIWK is a workshop style session where you actively build in your Klaviyo Account while getting support from a Klaviyo instructor. This training is for moderately advanced accounts who have already built their foundational flows and regularly send campaigns.

In this session, we’ll build a Sunset Flow and discuss how you can re-engage with lapsed subscribers and/or ultimately phase out older contacts. The Sunset Flow will either pump subscribers into your engaged segment or tag them as unengaged for your review.

We will:

• Build an unengaged segment
• Trigger the Sunset Flow based on entry into the unengaged segment
• Present best practices and next steps

Session requirements:

• Active Klaviyo account
• Transactional data (i.e., placed order)
• Engagement data (i.e., opened email) optional but recommended

By the end of this training, you’ll have a new segment and a new flow built and ready to use in your account.

Tips for success:

• Use a second monitor or separate device so you can work in your account and follow along with the presentation
• Complete the session requirements
• Come logged into Klaviyo and ready to build!
