[Interactive workshop] Enabling SMS in Klaviyo (APAC) - two-way messaging special edition!

About this event: An interactive workshop is a working session where you’ll design, build, and activate features in your account by following the guidance of a Klaviyo expert. (This training is held at a time that's Australia-friendly and will focus on Australia-specific SMS best practices.)

Event description: Two-way messaging is now available in the Australia! To celebrate, we're hosting a special edition Enabling SMS in Klaviyo (Australia) that dives a little deeper into all things two-way.

Attend this training if: you want to start capturing SMS consent for future marketing initiatives, and you're curious about our new two-way messaging features.

In this session, we will:

• Enable SMS in your account and set up a short code or long number
• Begin capturing SMS consent with a click-to-text signup form
• Cover keyword opt-in and double opt-in features
• Learn how to send personalized, 1:1 responses to any customer with SMS Conversations

Session requirements:

• Currently use or plan to use Klaviyo signup forms
• Have a welcome series live

Tips for success:

• Come logged into Klaviyo and be ready to build
• Use a second monitor or separate device so you can view both the webinar and your account

Enabling SMS and using signup forms do not require any additional fees, and Klaviyo offers a free plan to help you get started.
