ROGER STEENS | Sustainability Manager, Kraton
Roger is a sustainability professional with 30+ years of experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies that help organizations build their sustainable business model. His role focuses on integrating sustainability as a value driver for the business and managing Kraton’s Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) program.
STEPHANIE GRANT | Senior Scientist, Kraton
In her 8+ years at Kraton, Stephanie has held various positions within different application areas of focus, ranging from oilfield, HI&I cleaning, and most recently adhesives. Stephanie has expertise in materials science, thermoset and thermoplastic composites, mechanical property characterization, and new product development.
DAVID BROERE | Business Development, Kraton
David has 20+ years of experience in bio-based chemistry with a focus on rosin esters. His expertise is in translating customer requirements into new product developments to address customer needs. More recently, David switched from R&D to a Business Development role focused on Adhesives and Pavement Marking.
