Meet Our Speakers:

Xavier Muyldermans | Principal Scientist

Xavier began his career at Shell Chemicals in 1991. At Kraton, he led product development and technical service for styrenic block copolymers across a wider range of end use applications. Xavier contributed to development of several commercialized polymer grades and earned 28 patents. In Shanghai, Xavier served as Technology Manager and established the AP Kraton Innovation Center. Xavier’s current focus includes technical advisory to Strategic Marketing and acceleration for new product development. Xavier holds a Chemical Civil Engineering degree with a specialization in Material Sciences from UCLouvain (Belgium).

Miruna Zala | Market Development Manager

Miruna is a strategic marketing professional with over nine years of experience in the chemical and polymer industries. She has worked across packaging, consumer goods, construction, and automotive markets. At Kraton, she leads market development and innovation projects focused on sustainable solutions and value-chain collaboration. Miruna holds an MSc in Marketing Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
