Roger is a sustainability professional with 30+ years of experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies that help organizations build their sustainable business model. His role focuses on integrating sustainability as a value driver for the business and managing Kraton’s Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) program.

BIRGIT OTT | Global Strategic Marketing, Kraton

In the 14+ years that Birgit has been working for Kraton Polymers, she has held various positions ranging from procurement to sales and sales development and most recently strategic marketing. She is responsible for leading Personal Care and Packaging market segments globally.

APARAJITA BHATTACHARYA | Staff R&D Scientist, Kraton

Aparajita is a highly knowledgeable scientist with 10 years of experience in new polymer and solutions development for medical and healthcare applications. She has solid expertise in polymer physics and rheology, mechanical property characterization, elucidating structure-property relations, and application development.
